As a Landlord you have a duty of care to your tenants, as well as a legal responsibility under the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998.
We provide safety tests for Gas Appliances as well as Portable Electrical Appliances (PAT items), Soft Furnishings and Smoke Detectors. Unlike most other companies we always service Gas Appliances at the time we carry out the Safety Test and this is included in our price. Our opinion is that if we are to certify an appliance as being safe for twelve months, we cannot safely do so without knowing ourselves that the appliance has been properly serviced.
Instructions from Landlords can be accepted via e-mail, phone, fax or in writing. We have many years experience in contacting tenants to arrange convenient times and will happily make the arrangements on your behalf. Certificates are normally sent to you within 1 working day of the work being completed, however we will notify any problems identified by phone, normally on the day the test is carried out.
In the event that an appliance fails to meet the required standard, we will provide you with your options, and if required, a price to complete any works required. Work will not be carried out unless your permission has been given. If an appliance needs replacing, we will advise you, and if you give permission, we will then provide you with a quotation for the works required.

We also offer a full range of plumbing maintenance to Landlords, from replacing taps to replacement hot water cylinders.
