Our aim is to make life as simple as possible, which means with one phone call, we can take the pressure off, dealing with communication with the Landlord and Tenant as required. Whether the problem is a Gas Safety Certificate, a Boiler Breakdown or a Plumbing issue, we can take that problem off your hands.

Instructions can be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail. We are well rehearsed at contacting and dealing with tenants and are happy to contact tenants direct, collect keys or make arrangements through the Agent.
We provide safety tests for Gas Appliances as well as Portable Electrical Appliances (PAT items). Unlike most other companies we always service Gas Appliances at the time we carry out the Safety Test and this is included in our price. Our opinion is that if we are to certify an appliance as being safe for twelve months, we cannot safely do so without knowing ourselves that the appliance has been properly serviced.

In the event that an appliance fails to meet the required standard, we will provide you with your options, and if required, a price to complete any works required. Work will not be carried out unless your permission has been given. If an appliance needs replacing, we will advise you, and if you give permission, we will then provide you with a quotation for the works required.
