Whilst we might be able to identify some problems when we carry out the service on your boiler, that are many parts on a boiler that can still fail between services. These might impact on your quality of heating or hot water, or in some cases might cause your boiler to not work at all.

We have experience in working on all makes and models of boiler, and the likelihood is, whatever your problem, we will have seen it before!

And wherever there is a problem, we pride ourselves on finding the solution, given the availability of spares. We normally attend, when possible, within one day of a boiler breakdown and will provide you rapidly with a price if we are unable to solve the problem there and then. Once you have given us the go ahead we will return to carry out any work as soon as we possibly can to minimise your inconvenience. We even carry a stock of electric warm air heaters to minimise any discomfort from not having your heating.
